No Physical Shipment: As we provide exclusively digital services, there are no physical products to ship or return. This policy governs access to services and digital deliverables only.
By purchasing any service from Ozytherionyx, you acknowledge that:
- Services are delivered digitally and commence upon scheduling or delivery of materials
- Once a session is conducted or materials are provided, the service is considered fully delivered
- Refund eligibility depends on service delivery status and timing of your request
2. Eligibility & Timeframes
Before Service Delivery
If you have purchased a service but have not yet received any session time, consultation, or digital deliverables, you may request a full refund by contacting us at ozytherionyx@gmail.com.
Undelivered Sessions Window
For scheduled sessions that were never conducted (no-show by service provider, technical failure on our end, or failure to deliver promised materials), you must submit a refund request within 7 days of the original scheduled date or purchase date (whichever is later).
After Service Delivery
Once a mentoring session has been conducted, consultation provided, or digital assets (roadmaps, frameworks, documents) have been delivered, the service is considered fully rendered and is non-refundable.
This includes:
- Completed video/phone consultation sessions
- Delivered strategic documents, playbooks, or frameworks
- Email-based consultations or written guidance
- Access to proprietary templates, resources, or course materials
Partial Services
For multi-session packages where some sessions have been delivered and others have not, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the undelivered portion only.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Advance Notice for Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled session, you must provide at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations with proper notice will result in:
- Option to reschedule at no additional cost
- Or a full refund for that specific session
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation (no-show), will be considered fully delivered and are not eligible for refund.
Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. You may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. Repeated rescheduling (more than twice for the same session) may be subject to administrative review.
Provider-Initiated Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer you the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.
4. Processing Method
All approved refunds are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor, and will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Timeline
- Review Period: Refund requests are reviewed within 48 business hours of receipt
- Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately via Stripe
- Bank Processing: Your financial institution may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit to your account
Refund Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation from both Ozytherionyx and Stripe when your refund has been processed. Please retain this for your records.
Important Note
We cannot expedite processing times beyond our control (e.g., your bank's internal procedures). If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your financial institution first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Completed Sessions: Any mentoring, consultation, or coaching session that has been fully conducted
- Delivered Digital Assets: Custom strategies, frameworks, roadmaps, documents, or templates that have been provided to you
- Time-Based Services: Any service charged on an hourly or per-session basis once that time has been rendered
- Bespoke Work: Customised strategies, campaign structures, or content calendars specifically created for your business
- Third-Party Costs: Any fees paid to external platforms (e.g., advertising spend, software subscriptions) as part of service delivery
- Payment Processing Fees: Stripe transaction fees (typically 2.9% + £0.30) are non-refundable even if a refund is granted
- No-Show Sessions: Sessions missed without proper cancellation notice
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at ozytherionyx@gmail.com if you have any concerns about a charge or service delivery before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
Our Commitment
We commit to responding to all refund inquiries within 24–48 hours and resolving legitimate issues promptly and fairly.
Chargeback Process
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:
- We will provide full documentation to your card issuer demonstrating service delivery
- We reserve the right to dispute unfounded chargebacks
- Successful chargebacks may result in suspension of access to any ongoing services or future purchases
- Repeated chargeback abuse may result in permanent account termination
We maintain detailed records of all communications, session recordings (where consent is given), delivery confirmations, and access logs to support our position in disputes.
7. How to Request a Refund

If you have purchased a subscription or recurring billing package:
Cancellation

- You retain access to services until the end of the paid period
- No pro-rata refunds are given for partial months unless otherwise agreed
Refunds for Subscriptions
- The current billing period is non-refundable once services for that period have commenced

- If you were incorrectly charged after cancellation, contact us immediately for a full refund of the erroneous charge
Failed Payments
